Thank you for visiting my site. I’m a graduate student studying to be a marriage & family therapist w/ an emphasis in trauma. In my spare time, I enjoy appreciating the finer things in life, and pondering the conundrums that keep me up at night. This is the place where I write about said conundrums. This is the place where I allow my hands to type those things which I am sometimes even afraid to think. I have battled depression not once, not twice, but three times…and have come out alive every one of those times. I know a thing or two about a thing or two.
I invite you to follow along in my journey. My hope is that this blog will serve as a motivational and inspirational forum, where ideas can be shared, encouraged, and supported. I sincerely hope you enjoy.
Thank you to all of those individuals who have been actively following my posts. To date, my blog has been viewed in 46 different countries, on 6 continents. You are the reason why I write.
